Email Reference Form

Use this form to submit questions that can be answered with brief, factual answers. Staff will answer email questions Monday-Thursday: 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m., Friday: 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., and Saturday: 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Questions emailed during regualr business hours will be answered within 24 hours. Questions emailed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday will be answered on the next regular business day.

Questions requiring complex and specialized research, such as genealogy questions, can not be answered by email.
